Guest Guidelines

Check-In & Check-Out Time
Standard Check-In Time: After 3.00pm.
Standard Check-Out Time: before 12.00pm.
Early Check-In: Early check-in may be available for a fee
Late Check-Out: Late check-out may be available for a fee.

Arrival
On arrival, guests must register at the hotel reception desk. All guests are requested to present a valid identity card, passport, visa or travel document to prove their identity and to indicate the purpose of their stay when they check in at the hotel.
Departure
Standard check-out time is before 12.00pm. Guests are requested to inform both the reception desk if you wish to prolong your stay (time/day). Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged.
Payment
Payment for all hotel services may be made by cash, credit card, Alipay and Wechat pay. Please pay your bills whenever requested by the Front Desk while staying at the Hotel. All bills are due upon demand.
Children Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bed (Max. 2 children in one room, breakfast for child 4-11 years is chargeable). Baby cot will be provided upon request. Subject to availability.
Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. 
Personal Belonging
We recommend taking advantage of the in-room safe deposit boxes provided for your valuables and important belongings. This allows you to relax and enjoy your stay without worry. While we take security measures seriously, please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of personal items.
Lost & Found
Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 1 month from your departure date, unless otherwise instructed.
Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
Prohibited Items
Bringing illegal items, exotic plants or animals is prohibited. Durian or anything that causes bad smell is strictly not allowed in the hotel.
Photographs and Video's
Using photographs and video's taken in hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
Management's Rights
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.
